Lymington Film Society
Are you interested in world and arthouse cinema beyond the range of movies available on general release? Lymington Film Society (LFS), formed in 2009, runs monthly film showings in the Fuller McLellan Hall
at the Lymington
Community Association from October to May on the second Sunday of the month (evening), with a season of films, all of which have been chosen for their subject matter as well as cinematic appeal.
LFS Membership is open to Members of the Lymington Community Association (tel 01590 672337) for the additional fee of £16 and gives free entry to all films for the season plus entry to LFS social events; alternatively tickets for showings may be purchased on the door on the night (£5).

Lymington has its own NADFAS
For years there have been various local Decorative and Fine Arts Societies in the area, meeting at different times in different venues.
Four years ago the New Forest Evening Decorative and Fine Arts Society made the decision to move to the newly opened Fuller‐McLellan Hall at the Lymington Community Centre.
This June at the AGM, the members decided to change the Society's name to the Lymington Decorative and Fine Arts Society.
Our meetings are interesting,
stimulating, informative, fun and never boring.
They are held between September and June, on the second Wednesday of each month, at 7.00 for 7.30 in the evening, as they always have been, and membership is open to all. An individual annual subscription costs £45.00.
During the next year we will be enjoying illustrated talks on Surrealists; Posters; Skyscrapers; Books and even Corkscrews. The world of fine and decorative arts embraces a multitude of amazing things, from fine art to naval heroes.
Come and discover about things you didn't know existed, or learn more about topics with which you are already familiar. Start with a coffee and a chat to old and new friends.
