Herb the 0at flow dreaming
Today I am going to teach you a concept that will change your life! You know, it seems that I do that every month, so you are not the same person you were when you read my column for the first time, that is unless this is the first time you have read my column. In that case, when you finish, you will not be the same. Today it’s the secret of my meditation group. We flow dream. This is where all the Cats follow my guided meditation, but add their own details of how they want their lives to be. After all, if you focused on and got what I wanted, you would have a nice boat like me, a powerful SUV like me, a 5,000 sq ft house like me, a large vegetable garden like me (yes, my babe is a vegetarian Cat), and all the things that go along with them. Then you would be just like me! However, an SUV may be too big and you may want to have a high gas mileage car that’s small to zip around in traffic.
Fascinated with symbolic mythology, I try to weave a bit of symbolism into every painting.
I want to create artwork that draws the viewer in, unfolding and revealing it’s meaning slowly.
The romantic drama of the Pre-Raphaelites has always mesmerized me.

Every Cat wants something different, so today and today only I, Herb The Cat am going to teach you Flow Dreaming. First, you need to know that meditation is not just cool, but VERY cool. That’s when you program your subconscious mind positively. The reason you want this is because all your life you have been programmed neg- atively. Remember when they said that you were so stu- pid you couldn’t find the litter box with a bloodhound? Well, believe it or not, that not only programmed you, it still has a lingering influence on your life. Remember when they said that you would be nothing but a moon catawaller? Yeah! You even did it for a time because they programmed you. Well, I Herb The Cat am not only going to teach you how to overcome it, I, Herb The Cat am going to teach you how to reprogram your self. First thing on the agenda is to realize that the subconscious mind thinks that whatever is presented to it most is real. Therefore, you can reprogram your subconscious mind by flooding it with positive experiences. Start by Flow Dreaming. Day dream how you want your life to be. Dream the vehicle you want. Then flow it into who is in the passenger’s seat. Now visualize where you go (your residence) then what’s next, then after that and all you desire in your life. Now just keep it flowing until you cover every thing. You say “stupid Herb, that’s just day dreaming. “ Herb says back “ of course, silly Cat, that’s it!” Yes, Kittens that sit and daydream positively all day get everything their heart desires. So to sum up today’s lesson of what do you do? You see yourself as already having or already having accomplished what ever it is that you prefer in your life. Everything! Don’t leave out anything! Now you’re no longer catawalling on the fence, you’re drawing your dream life to you.
