Who are some of your most notable clients? My most notable clients are the riders of Misty Meadows Mitey Rid- ers. Each child who rides there has made such remarkable progress from participating in the program. I probably made my first special cookie cutter for the program to match their logo. And each year I look forward to making cook- ies for the programs bake sale at their Spring Festival. The owners of the farm, the families who partici-

pate and the staff there all touch my heart. The place is heaven on earth.

What is an interesting story about a client interaction you had? One interesting story was when a customer called for one cookie for her son so he could ask a young lady out to the homecoming dance. I had dreamed of making the cook- ie gift box that was to ask someone to marry, or be my bridesmaid, but this wasn’t a request that I had imagined. It was fun to do and I couldn’t resist. We even packaged the cookie in a pretty box with a ribbon.

What are some of your greatest chal- lenges in your business? Some of the greatest challenges are keeping balance between time

and money. I think everyone has that challenge. Having enough time and money to do the things to grow your business. Starting out is hard, scary and exciting all at the same time.

What would you most like the reader to know about your journey in busi- ness? I would like the reader to know that this journey is far from over and I am just waiting for them to come visit and use our services to make their dreams a sweet reality. W
