Things to notice:


- The spiced pumpkin latte is the highest caloric treat on the list, yet it’s the easiest for most of us to consume. Keep in mind the calories before you or- der, and make sure you schedule that tennis session in so it doesn’t get away from you.


- All the counter parts are things we can do that are fun, or that we need to do in our daily lives. It’s easy to find ways to burn off the extra calories we con- sume, and it doesn’t always have to be an hour or two at the gym.


- The harder you work, the shorter the time you need to do it; just 30 minutes of Zumba burned more calories than your hour and 15 minute walk. Try to incorporate all different kinds of activity levels in your days and weeks and keep it interesting.
