National Co-operative Housing Union (NACHU) Founded in 1979, NACHU helps poor communities in Kenya to improve their homes and quality of life. It now supports over 250,000 people who are members of 300 housing cooperatives in Kenya. To date, NACHU has provided secure tenure and housing for over 2,000 families and has undertaken multiple award-winning housing projects and services. NACHU is our first partner to receive funding through our Africa Bond finance facility and it is also a new partner in our CLIFF programme.
