Health & Beauty Exercise for the busy lifestyle

With today’s busy lifestyle it is all too easy to prioritise everything but exercise. This is partly responsible for why, as a society, we are increasingly becoming unhealthy. This could then pass down through our

children, which does nothing to deter the problem of childhood obesity that has been featured in the news all around us. The misconception that exercise is boring and takes too much time is just that – a misconception. Taking part in regular exercise

classes, which run from anything to 30-60 minutes per class, can get your life back on track. Taking part in regular exercise

can lead to:  An increase in energy levels  More focus  Better sleep pattern  Better digestion  More self-confidence  A reduction in weight  A massive reduction to stress levels

 Increased flexibility  Decreased muscle and joint soreness It does not matter what the

class is as all classes are delivered in a way that anybody can take part in and benefit from. The instructor will always give you alternatives for all exercise routines to match your ability. The likes of yoga, thai chi,

aerobics, aqua, boxercise, indoor cycling and dancercise all have unique ways of reducing stress

and release feel-good endorphins. With such a vast choice classes every week, you are really spoilt for choice. “Classes are a great way of

getting the most out of your workout. There really is something for everyone, and it is great having a specialist instructor such as Joe keeping a close eye on my technique and pushing me,” says Ben, a new client. I’ve been teaching for a number

of years and still enjoy going to classes as it is great fun and always makes me feel great. Why let life get in the way of

having fun, meeting new people and getting a good workout? Don’t be left behind, pave the way to better health for future generations and prove exercise is fun. Supplied by Joseph Hinkins, Personal Trainer Health & Fitness Manager Ashford
