Donna Wagener and Elliott Nemerson as Business Development Managers.Wagener will be based in Chicago and Nemerson in Southern California. Also, Christina Combs has joined the company as VP of Quality and Training, and Robert “Rob” Ostrov as Senior VP of Human Resources. Baier joined the company in 2010, and “has played a key role

management contract for the City of Chelsea, MA, in partner- ship with Standard ParkingSP Plus Municipal Services. My staff has been delighted in the improvements we have seen.” Metric Parking has announced that after a successful pilot


project, it has been awarded a contract with the City of Hoboken, NJ, for 135 Aura pay-and-display parking machines. During the “piloting” of 10 machines, city officials saw a 30% increase in rev- enue and additional parking spaces. They found that two to three more cars would fit on a given block. Nearly half of all transac- tions were cashless, using credit cards; and additional revenue, previously lost to broken meters, also was captured. The Canadian ParkingAssociation (CPA) has launched a new

Features include a new mem- bership directory, the ability to create directories based on the user’s sector, a new forum tool, a new online career center,member spot- light features, an events calendar and a continuous news feed. The City of New Haven, CT, has selected Parkeon to help


meet its need to upgrade its parking technology to handle increasing demand. The company will deploy 15 solar-powered multi-space meters accepting both coins and credit cards. New Haven has a long-term goal of upgrading its existing inventory of more than 2,000 single-space meters. “Parkeon comes highly recommended, and we are confident that they will meet the ever- changing needs of our city,” said Jim Travers, Transportation Department Director.
