Women’s Empower Party at Purely You Spa

and expectations first at the expense of their own well-being and joy, Purely You Spa, in Naples, is holding an empowering party, themed Caring for Self First, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., August 22. The event is meant to develop self-awareness that can lead to increased caring for one’s self and the world, and techniques to listen to one’s heart and focus creatively on per- sonal needs or wants, in order to become more balanced, whole and happy. General discussions will be led by Lisa Gruenloh, of Empower Parties; and spa owner Jennifer Alvarez, a licensed esthetician and body treatment specialist, will provide advice on anti-aging strate- gies, preventive maintenance, organic skin care, LED light therapy, and wellness through following a balanced lifestyle and an alkaline diet.
