In One Instant Showcases Yoga Photography A
n opening reception for NAMASTE: A Photographic Interpretation of Yoga Practice, featuring the work of Marian Krauthamer, will be held from 6 to 10 p.m., August 5, at In One Instant Gallery of Photography, in the Downtown River District of Fort Myers. Refreshments will be served at the free event, and the show runs through August 27.
Krauthamer, a freelance photogra- pher specializing in fine art and portrai- ture, is also a dedicated yoga practitioner. NAMASTE premiered at the Omega In- stitute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, New York. Carla Goldstein, the Women’s Institute and External Affairs director at the Omega Institute, says Krauthamer’s series, “… captures the deep beauty and challenge that unfolds through the personal journey of a yoga practice in its aim to integrate the realms of body, mind and spirit.”

In One Instant exhibits and represents local and regional
photographers whose work spans a full range of styles and periods. The gallery also offers workshops; talks with photog- raphers; one-on-one classes; and books, cameras, bags, jewelry and gifts that celebrate the photographic spirit of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries.
