North West Employers have been absolutely brilliant in the last twelve months – supporting elected members on my performance review panel at Chorley to undertake my performance review, supporting both Chorley and Wyre in establishing a shared chief executive arrangement, facilitating some particularly sensitive mediation and working with Members and Officers at Wyre to achieve Member Development Level 2. The team are flexible, well-informed and offer down to earth, impartial advice – we have certainly got our money’s worth from them this year!
