Looking To The Future: The JF&CS Strategic Plan
When we began the process for the 2012-2014 Strategic Plan in May 2010, our bold intention was to look out not just three or five years but ten years to 2020. We were inspired to imagine what our community would be like in a decade with the idea of creating big, long-term strategic goals based on our mission to serve the needs of the future.
The motivation to look ten years forward was fueled by our dramatic growth over the past ten years, the clear establishment of our leadership position in the Greater Boston area, the many tangible successes of our current strategic plan, and the simple realization that, inevitably, even more challenges, changes, and opportunities lie ahead.
We hope this report inspires you to engage with your community, to offer your hearts, hands, and minds to those who need them and to work with us as we face the future.
