Sum- mer classes include Power Vinyasa, Balanced Flow, Gentle, Sunset Yoga, Ashtanga, Essential Hatha and Restorative. Light is a Master Yoga Teacher and mentor who has been facilitating students’ progression and instructing yoga, including yoga teacher train- ing programs, for more than 35 years. She holds certificates in yoga training from the White Lotus Foundation and attended a three-year intensive teacher training program in Kenya, East Africa.
