Kymin Financial Services linked with Harding Evans Solicitors to hold the first in a series of seminars called Employment Insights. Gerald Davies, Managing Director of Kymin Financial Services, Bridge Street, Newport, said: “The booklet, which deals with the impact NEST and Auto-enrolment will have on business, was a great success. Each delegate received a copy of the publication which is a comprehensive guide on how and when the new regulations will affect you as a business and what you need to do to comply with the regulations.” Dan Wilde, Partner at Newport-based Harding Evans Solicitors, was joined by colleague Associate Angela Protheroe as a speaker at the inaugural even to outline recent changes in employment law in particular regarding recruitment and the default retirement age.
