RUN TO THE RHYTHM

ages. Deborah Bruce’s brother James was only 29 when he sadly died. Deborah, along with her friends (pictured) took part in the Tower of London Jog, in May, (the second event in the London Jogs series) – her aim to raise awareness for a condition called cardiomyopathy. James died after a heart attack in 2009 and the post mortem showed he had this condition for some time. Deborah says: “I know the BHF does great work for people with heart problems and I would like to show my support to the charity by supporting their London Jogs series and raising as much money as I can for their life-saving work into heart research.” How much sponsorship should I raise?

To help the BHF save lives we urge you to raise as much sponsorship money as possible. Help them celebrate their 50th birthday this year by aiming to pledge a minimum of £50 in sponsorship for this event – FIFTY FOR FIFTY! Just a pound for every year the BHF has been doing its fantastic pioneering work. The BHF is the nation’s heart charity, dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care, campaigning for change and by providing vital
