Animal Hospital was okay, but he’d rather see Tevis (Dr. Kraft)! After dinner each eve-

ning, I put some “TV snacks” in the living room for Malzy and I. Malzy likes the Fiber One oats and chocolate “chewy bars,” while I have two 4” long Slim Jim snack sticks. Last week I got a surprise when I opened a fresh canister of Slim Jim snack sticks. The canister says that it contains 16

snack sticks, but what I found generated the fol- lowing letter:

Dear Madam or Sir, On the 19th of May I

wrote to complain that a canister of Slim Jim Original snack sticks (UPC 26200 16001) that was supposed to contain 16 snack sticks had only 10 snack sticks in it. This week, I bought an-

other canister that was supposed to have 16 sticks in it and this one had only 8 snack sticks. Your com- pany has a serious prob- lem and as of this writing I’m now gypped out of a to- tal of 14 snack sticks and two first class stamps for my letters of complaint. Please make this right

and also put the right count of snack sticks in each canister.
