longer and brighter, and that affects us emotional- ly and physically (It’s one of the reasons snowbirds head south during the winter months). Once we hit Memorial Day we are ready for recreation, and we seek it.
Recreation is what we
do to refresh ourselves and renew ourselves. We walk, we swim or boat, we play, we socialize — all the things we need but don’t get in winter. There is one more thing
we need --- all of us. And this year I hope you find time to allow it to happen. This is a great season for it! Re-cre- ation happens when we connect with the Creator, and once again find the things that renew our lives and souls. Maybe it’s quiet time spent in your garden seeing again nature’s renewal.
