Technology in Gaming is increasing every year with hand held gaming terminals and high tech integrated entertainment becoming more and more advanced, has Foxwoods embraced these new developments? Is ‘high tech’ the future? Or is traditional Bingo still a fundamental part of Bingo at Foxwoods? We have 240 fixed base video Bingo units and 144 hand held video Bingo devices. This is a 3500 seat Bingo Hall so the vast majority of Bingo is played on paper. We also have Slot machines next to 100 of the fixed base units.

What are the future development plans for Bingo at Foxwoods? We will keep up with new technology and add anything that will enhance customer service.

When did you decide the Bingo industry was going to be your career, and what were the reasons?

Bingo found me. I am a member of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe and have lived on the reservation since 1981. I worked as a carpenter at Electric Boat and other factory jobs before the Tribe opened the Bingo. I applied for the job of operation manager trainee and was accepted. Two years later I was named operations manager and have been here since.

What aspects of your role do you enjoy most & why? Taking care of the people that I work with and our customers.

Because we would not be successful without them.

What have been the achievements over the years that you are proudest? Having the best team that has made this Bingo so successful.

Do you have any ambitions outside of work a hobby or a desire to travel? Racquetball, Running, Hiking, Surfing and Snowboarding.
