So much for ‘information’ and ‘representation’; as far as ‘support’ is concerned, our main focus to date has been on building up a list of discounts and special offers for members – on everything from printing to websites to credit card processing, cookery courses, accountancy – even theatre tickets.
This year, though, we are adding major new strands to the ways we support members, which will actively help you market your business and help you increase your sales. We cannot yet say much in detail, but one initiative will see a major national PR campaign for B&Bs, sponsored by a supplier.
Another, separate project (long in development and still under wraps for just a few more weeks) will bring our members the benefits of a new marketing source of bookings for their B&Bs and guest houses.
