As a Duty Manager at our award winning Coral Reef Waterworld, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the facility on a daily basis and have responsibility for staff supervision. You will be expected to take an active role in the training and development of staff and take a proactive approach towards health and safety.
With a current NPLQ and the First Aid at Work certifi cate you’ll be enthusiastic, self motivated, confi dent in all areas of communication, and possess excellent leadership skills.

Wales’ premier holiday destination is located in the heart of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with over 230 luxury accommodation units, water park, indoor adventure centre, outdoor activities and health spa.
We need an experienced Leisure Services Manager to take full responsibility for all aspects of on resort activities and facilities.
This is a very attractive and dynamic role and therefore the ideal person will need to be a solution focused individual with sound and demonstrable management ability. We are looking to be a market leader not a follower so the successful person will be able to build a successful, competent team by leading from the front.
Proven experience in managing a substantial multi activity day or stay visitor is essential as is a track record of progression and achievement.
