Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces Schedule for May and June

eople of all ages benefit from the gentle stretching movement of Tai Chi. Benefits include improved circulation, increased flexibility, better balance, and reduced stress. Tai Chi helps many health prob- lems—poor circulation, high blood pres- sure, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, and others. Join us Saturday, May 7 and Saturday,
June 4 at 11:30am for an Open House at our center in Raleigh’s Oak Park Shopping Center, 5218 Hollyridge Drive. New classes begin in Raleigh at 5218
Hollyridge Drive on Monday, May 9 at 10:30am and 7pm. June classes begin in Raleigh on Tuesday, June 7 at 10am, 12:15pm and 6pm.
New classes begin in Durham on
Monday May 9 at Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at 9:30am and at Durham Friends Meeting House at 5:45pm. Hillsborough classes begin on Tuesday, May 10 at 12:15pm in the Market Pavilion behind the Sheriff’s Office.

day, June 7 at 9:15am in North Forest Hills Park off Collums Road.
