Our Yachtmaster Instructors (Andy, Mike and Sue, Lee and Dave) have been busy over the last few months running our Yachtmaster Preparation courses and Coastal Skipper + courses.
If you have not been sailing for a while we suggest doing what a lot of clients do and join us for two weeks: doing the Coastal Skipper Plus course during the rst week, and then following it with the preparation the second week.
Do not worry - we do not insist on the two weeks! If you just want your existing skills polished we suggest joining us for the Yachtmaster Preparation week.
With our experience you will get the best posssible preparation to achieve your goal of Yachtmaster Coastal or Yachtmaster Offshore for eitehr Sail or Motor, or maybe our 10 day course for both Sail and Motor (to include the YM conversion).
What’s included in the YM Prep week?
• 7 nights accommodation
• 4.5 days preparation under the watchful eye of Andy (the only Yachtmaster Examiner in the Canaries)
• Breakfast and lunch • Airport transfers
• All examiners ight costs
All you have to pay for are evening meals, your ights and the RYA Exam fee if you decide to take the exam. (We have this cost as optional as sometimes clients just join us for the experience).
During the preparation week you will be given a passage plan to prepare (cross channel
for
Yachtmaster Offshore) and have your existing practical skills honed for the exam by Andy or Mike.
As Andy is the only RYA Examiner resident in the Canary Islands we will y your Examiner in for the exam - but do not worry

Club Yachting are very lucky that Andy is a Yachtmaster Examiner for Sail and Motor as he is available to advise on the standard expected by RYA Examiners - one of the reasons why our pass rate is so good.
