with Deco-Smart, a bi-level fluorescent fixture that saves 60% or more in energy costs. Designed for applications with minimal occupancy, including building stairwells, it features patented integral ultrasonic sensors to maintain low-level illumination for safety and security, and instantly increase


light levels when people enter the space. The low standby lighting and full illumination levels adjust to comply with minimum foot-candle safety egress codes and application design requirements.

HIGH CONCRETE INTRODUCES THERMALLY EFFICIENT ARCHITECTURAL CLADDING


High Concrete Group has introduced CarbonCast insulated


architectural cladding, new thermally efficient precast concrete facade panels for commercial construction. The panels attach to the superstructure of high-rise office and other projects requiring continuous insulation of R-12 or higher to form the skin of the building. As structurally composite cladding, the panels are the only precast concrete system that can be lighter weight than conventional precast.
