Do speak to us if you are considering this type of training for your staff or, indeed, would like to discuss how you can best develop your groundstaff team

so that they operate safely and efficiently to create high quality playing surfaces.

Park Hill Training is one of a number of Pitchcare training partners offering bespoke courses to turfcare professionals

Awards training provider. The company also hosts the County City & Guilds NPTC assessment centre for Leicestershire and Rutland. Mike and Suzanne Wells own the family run business, which uses converted buildings located on the farm. When Mike and Suzanne were looking at diversification for the farm, the option of building a training and assessment business seemed to be the most obvious way forward and would use the strengths of both partners. Suzanne had experience in successfully running a retail outlet and also a pheasant feeder manufacturing company. Mike had spent most of his time on the family farm up to the early eighties, and then began his career as a Lantra Awards trainer and a NPTC assessor. He now has over 30 years experience training delegates in both the landbased and amenity sectors, is an instructor and verifier for Lantra Awards and an assessor and verifier for City & Guilds.
