The Final Cigarette E

veryone knows how bad smoking is for our health, yet people are still lighting up. Some

people can stop and others seemingly cannot, no matter how many times they try, indicat- ing an emotional addiction that, once resolved, can provide total freedom from the need for cigarettes. “The Final Ciga- rette” is a six-week Smoking Cessation Program specializing in resolving the emotional addiction to cigarettes. It was formulated by a smoker of 30 years who tried for 20 years to stop. Ms. Bev Paul documented her own personal process and developed this program from her own triumphant success. The first 2 weeks is the preparation process, while the

next 4 weeks is the stop smoking period. Personal coaching is included for each person in the privacy of their own home, and contributes greatly to success. If you have an intense desire to stop smoking, while believing that you will never be able to succeed, the Final Cigarette program may be for you.
