newsbriefs Overcoming Emotional Eating

The program’s focus is on your emotional diet, so it can be used in combination with any weight management program you choose. The program has five steps: identifying emotional triggers, learning tools to stop emotional eating, building the ability to change your emotional diet, taking the drama out of emotional challenges, and changing from emotional eating to intuitive eating. You won’t see any food lists or exercise regimens in this program; it focuses on what researchers at the Institute of HeartMath have found to be the most important aspect of weight management: regulating your emotions.

The Eyes Have It B

reat Successes is announcing a new pro- gram called “Stopping Emotional Eating”.

y studying your eyes, an Iridologist can help you by suggesting the vitamins and herbs that will best bring

you optimum health. Many of the signs we see in the eyes indicate hereditary weaknesses in certain vital organs: car- ing proactively for these organs can prevent us from getting sick. For example, if your eyes reveal a hereditary weakness in your pancreas, a simple thing like eliminating sugar from your diet can keep you from developing pancreatic-related diseases. A potential for lymphatic congestion may be avoided by eliminating dairy products in your diet, which can help prevent allergies, sinus problems, or frequent colds. Iridology is an old science devoted to the color and structure of the eye that is based on the concept that our eyes are connected through the vascular system to all areas of our body.

Dr Ann Alene N.D., has been practicing Iridology and nutrition since 1972. She is certified by Dr. Bernard Jensen and the IIPA. She is available for Iridology lectures, demonstrations, eye photos and analysis. She will come to your office, health store, or church. Please call 520-975-1133 or email Dr.Ann@Heavenlyhealings.net.
