Teague and wife, recorded in Deed Book 749, page 223, Buncombe County Registry; thence with the Teague line two calls as follows: N. 78° 25’ E. 100 feet to an iron pipe; S. 11° 35’ E. 208 feet to a point in the center of the right-of-way for Southern Railway; thence with the center of said right-of-way one call as follows: N. 71° 30’ E. 100.6 feet to a point in the center of said right-of-way; thence leav- ing said right-of-way N. 11° 35’ W. 276 feet to a stake, Southeast corner of said tract described in said deed dated March ___, 1967, from Frank Price and wife to L. V. Young and wife, herein above referred to; thence with the South margin of said tract, S. 78° 25’ W. 200 feet to the BEGINNING. BEING a part of Lot Nos. 6 and 7 of the Solomon and Susan M. Luther lands as shown on a plat of same made by Watt Justice, C.E., August, 1945, which said plat is recorded in Plat Book 21, page 2, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Buncombe County. BEING a part of the land described in a deed dated September 13th, 1945, from Elmo L. Luther and Herbert C. Luther, unmar- ried, to Frank Price and wife, Mary Price, registered in Book 592, page 119 Bun- combe County Registry. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to the right-of-way for Southern Railway.
