Four-Week Colic- Relief Class at CIHA

hristy Fletcher, licensed massage therapist and registered certified
reflexologist at Cornerstone Integrative Health Associates (CIHA), is offering a four-week class for parents of babies experiencing colic. The class will be held Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. March 10-31. Parents will learn reflexology and
acupressure/massage techniques for infant relaxation and gastric relief. A par- ent who previously took the class reports near-immediate results when she used Fletcher’s reflexology methods. “By the next day, (my baby) was much easier to calm down using the techniques I learned from Christy,” she says, “and for the first time since birth, we are able to massage his stomach.” The class is limited to six infant par-
ticipants along with their parents. Babies should be at least 3 weeks old, and a pediatrician’s permission is required if the mother experienced a high-risk pregnancy or delivery complications. Please give notice ahead of time if an
