Status? Married to Kirsty with two boys, Jamie 12 and Louis 8.
Who is your hero and why? David Beckham, just so talented and stylish.
What is your dream holiday? Anywhere with my wife and family, so long as we can chill out together.
What annoys you the most? Rudeness, there’s no need for it!
What would you change about yourself? The three colours in my hair - white and grey with a ginger tinge!
Who wouldn’t you like to be? The Prime Minister - all those decisions.
What’s your favourite record? U2’s New Year’s Day.
Who would you like to spend a romantic evening with? My wife, we don’t seem to have time to see much of each other in my busy season - which is now!
If you won the lottery what is the first thing you would do? Grab the passports!!!
If you were to describe yourself as a musical instrument what would you be? A set of drums.
What’s the best advice you have ever been given? Treat people as you would want to be treated yourself. It costs nothing for good manners.
What’s your favourite smell? Food cooking on the barbeque, you can’t beat it.
What three words would you use to describe yourself? Honest, dependable, a great friend.
What talent would you like to have? To have been able to play football well - too many own goals!
What law/legislation would you like to see introduced? I would make it compulsory for young adults to have a year of what they used to call National Service.
