Marilyn Crouther is Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. Public Sector for HP Enterprise Services. She is responsible for planning and directing all financial and accounting business for the region’s federal, state, and local government clients. She is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial and account- ing information to appraise operating results. She has a proven track record, significant experience in P & L management, and expertise in driving financial and operational performance improvements while building a strong team environment. In addition to her strong financial background which incorporates joint venture, consolidation and acquisition accounting and analysis, she is instrumental in the strategic planning process related to growth and client relationships and ensures compliance with all government and accounting regula- tions. Crouther most recently held a similar position at EDS, now HP, as CFO of the U.S. Government division.


Marilyn joined EDS in 1989 in the corporate con- troller’s organization, and has experienced a broad- based finance and accounting career. From 1989 to 1998, she worked in Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis supporting EDS internal and external financial planning, reporting, and audit functions; led various new business, acquisition and due diligence efforts within the Communication Industry Group; and acted as strategic business unit controller for the Health Care Industry Group. In August 1998, she moved to Hern- don, Va as a Financial Controller within the Government Industry Group where she implemented a rigorous financial review process that monitors program perfor- mance and drives actions to achieve targeted business commitments.


Before joining EDS, Marilyn worked as an accoun- tant for Transco energy Co. in Houston, Texas.


Marilyn holds a Bachelors of Professional Accoun- tancy from Mississippi State University and completed the Southern Methodist University EDS Finance Certificate Program. She is a Certified Public Accoun- tant licensed in Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

yllstyne D. Hill leads a complex IT environ- ment, supporting the more than 10,000 employees around the globe who work on Raytheon’s diverse missile technology projects. She is a member of the company’s executive leadership team.


A true Jill-of-all-trades, Hill joined Raytheon – then known as Hughes Aircraft Company – in 1971, and held a wide range of positions, including program control spe- cialist, project engineer, technical manager of engineer- ing evaluation and support, and director of information technology for Raytheon Missile Systems.


Hill was appointed to her present position in 2002. In her previous position as director of Information Technology at Missile Systems, she was responsible for providing the vision and direction that enabled the enterprise to achieve strategic technology and business objectives.


She earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Tuskegee University in 1971, and has pursued graduate studies in computer science and systems engineering at the University of Arizona. She is active in several professional and civic organi- zations working to increase the numbers of women and minorities in the technological workforce, including the Tucson Volunteer Center, Tucson Urban League, Society of Women Engineers, Women in Science and Engineer- ing, National Society of Black Engineers, and Society of Mathematicians, Engineering and Science Achievement (MESA).
