it real? Was it any good? Did it work? Could you really just take 48 steps at 20 Euros each and be lead to some form of Ascension? If so surely this was the best investment that could ever be made. I was so taken and captivated by the
audio narration of the fi rst step and the simplicity of the message that I thought it worth taking some baby steps. So I trusted the Universe and as ad hoc unexpected payments arrived in my PayPal account, I would buy another step and then another. Over the months that followed, I found
If you are looking for a spiritual present This is one of those books that I simply
could not put down. The book expands on the teaching of The Ramtha School by Greg Simmons and explains about the workings of the brain (neo cortex) in terms of defi ning our own reality. Currently we use only 2% of our brain power and Ramtha teaches how to access the other parts of our brain such as the mid brain (which has no linear time) so that we can change our reality in an instant, even the past, and live the life we are meant to. This is called analogical mind. The book explains that we get stuck in
the same programmes (like a computer). We are born with these programmes, genetically encoded incarnations within our bodies which repeat again and again until we can learn to ‘own them’ by looking at them in an analogical way and not reacting to them in an emotional way. Using an analogical mind is a way to evolve spiritually. Greg Simmon’s argument is backed up by science particularly quantum physics which is now becoming an accepted explanation for the way the universe works and this book makes good sense and inspires further exploration and questions. My only criticism of the book is that it
does not give any methodology on how to attain an analogical mind. This is frustrating when you are a busy working mum of two like myself as I am not sure that I will ever have the opportunity to attend the school - although I will defi nitely be on the look out for a weekend course if one comes anywhere near me!

for a child amoungst your family or friends this Christmas then look no further then this extraordinary and deeply moving book by Splodge Publishing. The story explores topics of spirit, self awareness and community within the plot of a magical adventure where a delightful Splodge character helps the children to save the world from eternal darkness. The illustrations are colourful and engaging . The book is also unusual and captivating
for children because it has a multi-sensory element. It comes with 5 gifts all of which encourage the children to be more aware of their planet and their senses - for example: there’s a rain stick for the sound of noise, and a feather to stimulate their sense of touch and so on. The children we tested it on couldn’t put it down. The contents of the box are also ethically sourced and the whole feel is something very natural and organic. The book also comes with a read along CD for those more exhausted parents!
Altogether an unusual and enchanting
book or gift. A must for Christmas. It’s available at
www.vortex.ie and many other stockists – for a complete list go to

The 48 Steps of the Kryon School
The second volume of Andrew Smith’s Like many of the best things in life, I can’t
remember how I found the web site of the Kryon School. A serendipitous mouse click and I found myself downloading the fi rst free step of 48 Ascension Steps. At fi rst, I didn’t know what I’d chanced across. Was

series about 2012 builds on the information given in the previous book. Where volume one prepared us for the changes that are gathering momemtum in the run up to 2012, volume two paints a detailed picture of where those changes will lead us, and what exactly we can expect to face just before the Winter Solstice of 2012. Like volume one, the book is written

the visualisations and meditations both calming and enlightening. Bit by bit, strange coincidences would occur. I started noticing number sequences, hearing the actual sounds of the cosmos and had fl ashes of strong clairaudience in the Elohim Light Language. It was clear that the Steps were working
and raising my vibration. As veils of the illusion that comprise our reality were lifting, I saw the world in a new light and started communicating with a new level of claircogniscence with other levels of consciousness. I took the 48th Step about three months
ago; I have to say with some anticipation that was instantly followed with a sense of anticlimax. Then within 24 hours ‘stuff ’ happened and I found myself at a whole new level of being which is still taking time to settle. In summary, I would recommend
everyone at the very least took Step 1 - it’s free after all - see if you get on with it. In these credit-crunchy days, as we approach 2012, my feeling is that they are one investment you can bank on.
