Recent statistics show an alarming trend in the delinquency rate in Canada: according to Equifax Canada, 500,000 Canadians are at least 90 days behind on credit payments (a 19% increase from this time last
year), and Statistics Canada data shows that there has been a 34% rise year-over- year in consumer bankruptcies. Also in this issue, we’ve dug a little deeper into the harmonized sales tax and its
