Your child will start this class warming up with stretches and cardio excerices, followed by floor acrobatics. This is a beginning level class. Students will learn straddle rolls, hand stands, bridges and cartwheels. Please have participant

Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp
Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport combining the elegance and beauty of dance with the athleticism of gymnastics. Develop your strength, flexibility and agility while having fun learning to dance with colorful ribbons and hoops, shiny balls and fast turning ropes. A $35 Material fee is payable to the instructor at the first class

Little Stars
Could an Olympic medal be in your pre-schooler’s future? Expand your child’s choices by enrolling him or her in Pre-School gymnastics. All of these classes teach children self-discipline, basic skill development and build your child’s self-esteem in a fun and happy atmosphere. Students will be introduced to common gymnastics apparatus. Class is held without parent participation. Apparatus include balance beam, bars, vault, trampoline and floor.
