Jan Jacobus, certified instructor, offers a unique and fast paced exercise program specifically designed to tone problem areas; stomach, waist, legs and arms while enhancing overall strength, stamina, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. Ropes and resistance bands are provided in class. A well padded exercise mat is recommended. Wrist weights are optional. Bring a small towel and bottle of water. Class on 6/6 will be help at YLCC. Hoop-ercise

Hooping is a ‘low to no impact’ aerobic workout that will tone your abdominal, increase cardiovascular stamina and strengthen core muscles. We’ll be working on upper body as well. It’s been proven that hooping can burn up to 110 calories in 8 minutes. Hoops will be available for use. Bring light dumbbells. For more information visit www.hulala4you.com. Aqua Aerobics

Working out in the pool is an excellent nonimpact way to build strength, reduce body fat and increase flexibility. This class focuses on both cardiovascular and strength. Burn 300 to 500 calories in an hour, while reducing the risk of injury on your joints, compared to other forms of exercise. Splash on in and give it a try; you'll be happy you did! Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. This fun cardio dance workout will get you in great shape!
