Krav Maga/ Self Defense
Training in the Krav Maga/Self-Defense class focuses on the forceful delivery of combative techniques as well as self-defense actions, designed for men and women. All classes offer a physical workout combined with ‘Real World Scenario’ drills designed to improve your ability to defend yourself. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Safe & Smart Women’s Self-Defense
This workshop is designed to help women become more aware of dangerous situations. Learn how to extricate yourself from grabs, holds, chokes, pulls, and other attacks.
