HOW TO REGISTER FOR SWIM LESSONS
1. Choose a pool

2. Determine which level is best for your child.
• Polliwogs, Tiny Tots, Levels 1-6, etc... • If you are unsure which level to choose, bring your child
to the free Summer Swim Test on Saturday, May 1.
See page 38 for details.
3. Choose a SESSION and TIME OF DAY, then note the corresponding COURSE NUMBER.
4. Choose a method of registration.

- VISA and MasterCard accepted. - Online registration is accepted at:

- Touchtone Phone registration is available at

• Mail or Fax - Use the registration form on page 50 of this guide. - List your first choice and at least two alternate classes. - VISA and MasterCard accepted by Fax. - VISA, MasterCard or Check (made payable to "City of Anaheim") accepted with mailed registration.
4. Register during the correct registration period.
• REFER TO PAGE 38 for the list of days during which registration will be accepted for each session.
• CLASSES FILL QUICKLY! Register as early as possible during the appropriate registration period to ensure your place in class.
AQUATICS REGISTRATION POLICIES
✦ Any faxes received before 7 pm on May 4 for residents or May 11 for non-residents will be held and processed two days after the registration start date. This also applies to mail registration received prior to May 4.
✦ Send registration only once to avoid being billed twice.
✦ Walk-In Registration will be accepted on the first Monday through Wednesday of every session at each pool site, provided class space is available. VISA, MasterCard, cash or check made payable to the City of Anaheim will be accepted.
✦ Minimum enrollment required in each class. Classes are subject to cancellation.
✦ Class schedule is subject to change.
✦ Due to the volume of swim lesson participants, if you enroll in a class you will not be called from a wait list for the same session.

✦ A $5 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded and transferred classes. Multiple registrations from more than one registration method will also be charged a $5 cancellation fee.
