New Wellness and Nutrition
Store in Solana Beach

ebruary marked the first month of operation of In2It
Nutrition & Fitness, in Solana Beach. Owners Dennis and
Alicia Rieder, a fixture on the health and fitness scene in San
Diego for more than 10 years, say their new store offers what
San Diegans need to reach their fitness goals.
In addition to carrying high-quality nutritional products
from the top 25 producers in the industry, they sell more
than 50 different types of IN2IT bars and specialty ready-to-
drink products that, “keep people moving, without the crash,” according to Alicia.
In2It sells workout equipment, including the AbCoaster and kettlebells. “We
will also carry an exclusive apparel line for Solana Beach residents and visitors,”
says Dennis.

Nature of Art Hosts
Open House, Classes
for Children
T
o introduce parents and children to
an organic method of art instruction,
Nature of Art is holding a free open house
from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., March 13, at Bar-
rels & Branches, in Encinitas. The event
will facilitate art projects for children and
teens. Parents can also register their chil-
dren for art classes and special workshops.
Nature of Art uses non-toxic art supplies for children, along with reusable,
recycled and renewable products, and the facility is dedicated to nurturing a
creative spirit and love of art in children. “As an instructor, my job is to encourage
the process. Children need the opportunity to experiment, explore and get messy,”
says owner Spramani E’Laun.
On the first Saturday of every month, Nature of Art will also host a $5 arts
workshop in Oceanside; call for times and more information.
