The gallery specialises in contemporary Irish art - both in paintings
and sculpture. The paintings are united by their strong appreciation
of colour; whilst the sculpture is both figurative and zoological,
including large pieces designed for the garden or open spaces. It is
the gallery's intention to have a spread of both known and relatively
unknown artists as well as a wide range of prices, so that there is
always affordable art available for connoisseurs of all types.
The prestigious annual group show is held in the Ballroom Gallery
in Castle Upton and admission to the exhibition is free. The castle is
ideally situated just five minutes from the motorway to Belfast and

Artists’ Profiles
Barbara Allenis a well known and respected local artist whose
work can be found in private and public collections from the Arts
Council of Northern Ireland and UTV and even in the White House,
