Lightly oil a large mixing bowl and place the
dough in it. Cover with a damp cloth, place in
a warm area and let rise for approximately 2
hours until the dough doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Divide the dough
in half and form 2 pizza crusts. Place the
dough on pizza pans. Spread equal amounts
of olive oil, garlic, olives, zucchini slices,
mushrooms, basil, oregano and sea salt on
each pizza and let rest for 10 minutes. After
resting bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the
crust is crispy and golden brown on the bot-
tom. Slice and serve.
