and old ventures as well. Let us also start with
preparing a good cup of tea so that we can
contemplate on what we are going to create for
dinner or lunch.
Ingredients for tea mixture
10 cardamom seeds
3 “cinnamon bark
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1 teaspoon gloves
1 fair piece of ginger
5 star seed anise
500ml milk (cows milk or soymilk whatever has
your preference)
300ml water
