From what we have heard, agents are not acting until they have all the details on how the co- administration scheme will work - which means that an awful lot of activity is going to need to take place between people returning to their desks after Easter, and the April 30 deadline, which is just three weeks and two days away. If you haven’t already done so, now is the time for


you to spring into action. Because like it or not the reform is happening, and it is the frontline travel seller’s responsibility to be able to provide your customers with all the information about the reform. Sweet success Mary Portas’s proposals for the high street, which forms a key part of the Trust in Travel Agents: Backing our British high streets campaign, have been unanimously accepted by the government.
