working in this role for a short time, but
the recent launch of our Agent Webzone
has been a great addition to our trade
offering. It was developed with agent
feedback and enables them to make
online bookings, view holiday details,
check for availability, special offers and
late deals, quickly and easily.
What techniques do you employ to
ensure agents choose your product?
I give them chocolates, cash, free holidays,
food. . . only joking! Providing agents with
information about our holidays, and the
scope and variety of our product, is key.
We also suggest tips about the best way to
sell our products and how our tours can fit
