Full-time Sales Advisors Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 plus Commission + Benefits


We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and highly motivated to join our expanding cruise and holiday team, the individual will be selling dream holidays.


The role is target driven but also requires a high level of customer service at all times, with the ability to be rewarded with the opportunity to earn in excess of £30k a year.


Candidates must have previous travel sales experience gained either within a telephone based environment or travel agency.


As a Travel Sales Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:


● Handling client queries regarding their travel requirements ● Designing travel packages based on their requirements and budget ● Selling to both direct clients and through travel agent partners ● Processing efficiently all reservations ● Ensuring all bookings are dealt with accurately ● Working and meeting set sales targets


Travel Sales Consultant skills and Experience Required:


● Good rapport and telephone skills ● Credibility when discussing travel options ● Hard working and good team player


● Previous travel sales experience working to sales targets ● Product knowledge of the Cruise’s and Holiday’s around the world is an advantage


Flexibility to work shifts as this is a 7 day operation although it is 5 days, 40 hours per week.


Full-time Travel Product Executive Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 + Benefits


We are looking for a Travel Product Executive who is keen to learn and progress working for a fast growing travel company.


Working as a Travel Product Executive you will focus on supporting the Managing Director in order to successfully grow and develop key product areas contributing to the overall success of the business.


● Provide design briefs for all marketing activity within agreed timelines ● Proactively review retail offers versus packaging to ensure that we’re promoting the most competitive prices


● Source the best offers and promote these within all marketing activity ● Obtain weekly pricing and availability updates from cruise lines, and update pricing on the website


● Work with the Managing Director to ensure the strongest messages being promoted on the website homepage, landing pages and in commercial messages


● Work with the Managing Director and Sales Manager teams to identify new opportunities to request select partner rates, exclusive gross rates/promotions


Experience required:


Ideally you will come from a Travel / Cruise background, be outgoing and want to develop and progress. You will need to be hard working, with a good attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks at once.
