The Georgia Chapter of the REALTORS® LAND INSTITUTE recently offered a timberland course and marketing event held at Unicoi State Park in Helen, Georgia. The course was titled, “Timberland: Fundamentals of Identifying and Evaluating Timberland,” and was sponsored by Farm Credit of Southwest Georgia, AG-GEORGIA Farm Credit, and AGSouth Farm Credit, ACA.
 


 


COBB >>
On June 15, Cobb Association members gathered to assemble over 2,000 sandwiches and lunches in their annual Must Ministries Sandwich Drive for disadvantaged children in Cobb County.
 


 


DEKALB >>
On June 4, the DeKalb Association hosted their annual “Jazz on Montreal” Festival, with 200 members and guests in attendance. It was a beautiful day for this RPAC fundraising event, which featured a local DeKalb band, “The PR Experience.”
 


 


NORTHEAST GEORGIA >>
On April 27, the Northeast Georgia Board hosted a “Beers and Peers” event at Grumpy Old Men Brewing in Blue Ridge. The board would like to thank all attendees who came out to make this event a success and for helping to raise money to benefit RPAC. A special thank you goes to Joan Shaw and Kelly Payne for all the effort they put into this event.

Linda King, 2016 Savannah Area REALTORS®’ President-Elect, recently received the 2016 William K. Broker Good Citizen Award at the 20th Annual Savannah-Chatham Fair Housing Council Luncheon.
