Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)
The RENE is the first and only negotiating certification recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®! This new two-day course is an interactive experience that helps negotiators elevate their game! The course examines all types of negotiation formats and methods so that today’s negotiators can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques, and advantages will be provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their client.

Don’t Break it so it Won’t Break You: Required License Law Review
INSTRUCTOR: JOI BOSTIC
Ignorance of the law is not an excuse for breaking it, and not being aware of acceptable real estate practices and procedures does not prevent license revocation. The purpose of this course is to review several laws, rules and practices that guide the real estate industry in Georgia. Join the fun of competing in a game while refreshing your knowledge about crucial information that guides our work. This course satisfies the GREC real estate license law education requirement.
Code of Ethics: Cycle Four
INSTRUCTOR: JOI BOSTIC
Attend this course to gain a better understanding of due process and code enforcement. You will also understand how best to handle complaints. This course includes several case studies in ethics, and meets the NAR code of ethics renewal requirement.

The 51 Shades of Grey: License Law
INSTRUCTOR: TOM GILLETT
Join us as we discuss important issues pertaining to license law in Georgia. This course will cover:
1 >> The effects on license status by a licensee of prohibited conduct found in O.C.G.A.
2 >> Requirements of a qualifying broker and an affiliated licensee upon transfer of a license from one firm to another.
3 >> Requirements of a qualifying broker and affiliate licensee concerning trust or escrow accounts.
4 >> Unfair trade practices prohibited by O.C.G.A.
5 >> Brokerage relationships under Rule 520-1-.0
6 >> Management responsibilities of real estate firms.
7 >> Advertising under O.C.G.A.
8 >> Handling real estate transactions.
9 >> Licensees acting as principals. This course satisfies the GREC real estate license law education requirement.

GRI: NEW AND IMPROVED FOR TODAY'S REALTOR®!
The new format for the Georgia GRI Program has launched! To earn your GRI designation under the new format, you must earn 120 credits within a five-year period. These credits are earned by completing core courses, required electives and open electives.

(RISK MANAGEMENT —— TWO-DAY COURSE; SYSTEMS AND TOOLS —— ONE-DAY COURSE; SKILL BUILDING —— TWO-DAY COURSE)
REQUIRED ELECTIVES >> 36 credits
OPEN ELECTIVES >> 48 credits

If you have already started your journey towards earning the GRI designation, below are options on how you can complete your GRI requirements.
1 If you have completed GRI ONE only, your options to earn the GRI Designation are:
Option 1 >> Complete the current GRI 2 & 3 programs online.
Option 2 >> Complete the core courses of “Skill Building” and “Risk Management,” and earn 48 elective credits. You may choose from any of the approved electives in the new GRI program.
2 If you have completed GRI ONE AND TWO, your TWO options to earn the GRI Designation are:
Option 1 >> Complete the current GRI 3 program online.
Option 2 >> Complete 48 elective credits. To earn those credits, you may complete any combination of the core and elective GRI courses.
