As the fi rst of a suite of new certifi cation programs to be off ered by Printing Industries of America, print professionals involved in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives can earn certifi cation as an Improve- ment Professional in Print (IPP). To prepare for the certifi cation test, individuals can obtain the complete Body of Knowledge, which contains online classes and books. The cost for the complete preparation kit and test is $625 for members and $800 for non-members. By completing
