20 YEARS OF CONSERVATION Ocean Frontiers is celebrating its 20th

anniversary this year and to mark the occasion, they announced the establishment of their long-anticipated coral nursery restoration program

located in the East End, Grand Cayman. Enlisting the help of Lois Hatcher who is trained and experienced in coral restoration, will grow coral fragments of the endangered Staghorn and Elkhorn corals and then out-plant the corals to designated reefs that have shown signs of coral loss or damage. Their commitment to being a good steward of Cayman’s marine environment started from the first day they opened for business in February 1996.
