runs, under floors, wall cavities and other confined spaces, Super Cam V6R incorporates side mounted LEDs which can be dimmed via the handle. The wireless monitor offers a 3x zoom function while the monitor features a record function which ensures that footage can be recorded to a Micro SD card and played back later on the colour monitor or on a larger screen via the AV connection. New vandal-resistant surveillance system
introduced by ESP Building on the success of its CanCam external surveillance system, ESP introduces a vandal-resistant version. The new CanCam VR houses the standard CanCam within a steel, vandal-resistant casing to provide added protection and security and ultimately to prevent theft of the system or the removal of the SD storage card. The metal casing is locked in place using security screws which are operated using the special tool that is supplied with the product. CanCam is a battery operated, high resolution surveillance camera with integral PIR detector, SD card recording and black infra red illumination. It is ideal for semi covert, instant deployment security operations, inside or out. The image capture type and resolution is selectable – either video with audio up to HD720P or stills up to 8MP recording directly to the 4GB SD card supplied. When the card is full, there is an overwrite option. Higher capacity cards up to 32GB can be used. Recordings are taken from the removable SD card using Windows Media Player for simple
playback and transfer. Recorded footage can also be viewed directly via a PC or TV. The service life of the CanCam’s battery pack varies according to the resolution and image mode.
However, a plug-in power supply is included for more permanent use.
