ver the years, ARI-Armaturen has developed its range of products for
control, isolation, safety and steam trapping using a wealth of knowledge and technical experience together with the latest design and technology to produce an impressive range which can now offer over 10,000 products in more than 100,000 variations. With the capacity to offer tailor made solutions to industry specific applications, ARI can fulfil almost any valve requirement. The variety of industries that ARI cater for seem to broaden every year with the ability to offer solutions for Power Generation, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, HVAC, Food & Beverage, Marine and M&E contractors to name but a few.
Quality manufacture, affordable prices and durability are still of course very important aspects that one requires, however, things such as quality standards/certification and energy efficiency have become more and more significant over the last decade or so. Energy efficiency is a hot topic in any
industry and with many companies under pressure to adopt targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions and reduce spend, ARI-Armaturen has prioritised development in energy efficiency offering a range of economical solutions for many industries with products with zero leakage, devices to eliminate steam loss and systems to improve energy efficiency of the whole plant.

Looking at the last 35 years there has been many developments in industry application and requirements, technology and things that the customer looks for.
ARI boasts a variety of engineered systems offering an alternative when it comes to energy management and can result in greater savings in both energy and cost for the future. ENCOsys systems, ARI’s low maintenance steam-to-water plate heat exchangers, are a solution for companies who require a proficient heating system. This is one of the more noticeable changes for ARI in recent years, as large scale sites such as hospitals and universities are becoming regular projects, where ARI can offer multiple products and innovative systems in order to provide a complete solution.

• 1950 – ARI-Armaturen is established • 1969 – New facility opens in Holzhausen • 1970 – New range: FABA stop valves and STEVI control valves • 1980 – New range: SAFE safety valves • 1988 – New range: ASTRA flow regulating valves • 1999 – New range: CONA steam traps • 2002 – ARI-Armaturen UK Ltd is established to provide UK customers with solutions to their process and fluid requirements • 2008 – New application engineering technology: PREsys (pressure reducing station), CORsys (condensate recovery unit), ENCOsys (steam-to-water plate heat exchanger) • 2012 – New product: ZETRIX – premium triple offset process valve
