Season Subscription Ordering Instructions How to Order


Exchanges


ONLINE at www.flynncenter.org.


MAIL your order form to 153 Main Street, Burlington, VT, 05401. Indicate on the envelope if you’re a member and/or including a membership gift with your order.


Drop your order form off IN PERSON at the FlynnTix Regional Box Office. Your order will be processed along with those postmarked in that day’s mail.


• Due to high demand during the member pre-sale, we regret that we cannot accept phone orders or issue tickets at the box office window.


• We do not accept fax orders due to the possibility of lost or unreadable information.


• Ticket prices, dates, and programs are subject to change. Discounts


Flynn Members (Pre-sale begins Friday, July 10) Become a Flynn member at any time for priority seating and ticket discounts.


• Save 15% if you order 3 or more performances before August 12 AND you’re a member at the Contributor level ($120) or higher.


• Save 10% if you order 3 or more performances between July 10 and August 12.


General Public (Pre-sale begins Tuesday, July 28) • Save 10% if you order 3 or more performances between July 28 and August 12.


Additional Discounts


• Children of any age attending any performance must have a ticket and a separate seat. A $4 discount is offered on tickets for children 17 and younger and to full-time students with valid ID cards. Infants (up to one year of age) are admitted to family matinee performances at no charge.


• Groups of 15 or more receive a 15% discount on tickets sold starting August 13. Some shows are excluded. For more information call 802-863-5966.


• D-Price Tickets for seats in the last row of the orchestra and balcony are sold on a first-come, first-served basis after the subscription period.


Seat Assignments


• Members ordering online between July 10 and July 27 can request seating preferences. To ensure fairness, all orders are processed manually and seats are assigned by box office staff.


• Beginning July 28, members and the general public are seated automatically when they order online.


• If you would like to be seated with friends, please submit your orders at the same time, clipped together (paper orders), or purchase online on the same date and reference one another’s names in the order notes.


• Free ticket exchanges are a special benefit for subscribers and members at the Contributor level or higher who buy 3 or more performances by August 12.


• We can only honor exchange requests made by the original ticket purchaser.


• Exchanges may be made at the box office or by mail as long as tickets are received at the Flynn two business days prior to the show date, allowing time for their resale.


• No refunds are issued, but you may donate unused tickets to the Flynn prior to the event.


Ticket Delivery


• Please allow approximately four weeks for delivery. If you would like your tickets held at the box office for pick up or sent to an alternate shipping address, please note this clearly on your order form.


• There is a $3.50 per ticket processing fee on all orders, up to a maximum $25 fee per order. Tickets held at the box office incur the same processing fees as mailed orders.


Single tickets! Your one- or two-show order form will be processed when tickets go on sale to members on Thursday, August 13 and to the general public on Monday, August 17.

Membership supports the Flynn’s mission: providing a state-of-the-art home for the performing arts, presenting world class performances across genres, bringing the arts into school and community life, and supporting artists in the development of their work.


Tickets to all performances at the Flynn—and to many other regional events and venues—may be purchased year-round by telephone and in person, Monday-Friday


from 10 am-5 pm, and Saturday from 11 am-4 pm. On the days of Flynn MainStage shows, the Box Office extends its in-person hours at the window up to curtain time. One half-hour prior to a show, only that day’s event will be available for purchase to ensure timely seating. On Sunday, the Box Office window opens one hour before curtain time. On days of FlynnSpace shows the Box Office window re-opens one half-hour prior to showtime.
