• Excellent and extensive worldwide product knowledge. • Proven sales experience in a retail agency capacity. • The ability to inspire customer confidence through professionalism. • GDS (Sabre) experience preferred but not essential. • Good communication and customer service skills.


Successful new colleagues will have a minimum of two years relative experience and will be offered a generous salary with bonus earning opportunities, excellent benefits (after a qualifying period) and holidays appropriate for the position. Account Manager – Central London


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager within the Carnival Cruise Lines UK sales team. The role is office based with a clear objective to develop and manage a portfolio of accounts with accountability for driving forward the commercial agenda and maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will take a proactive and commercial approach in maintaining and expanding strategic relationships whilst using own initiative when making decisions and in negotiations.


Key Responsibilities • Build effective working relationships and work collaboratively to deliver set objectives in-line with the overall UK strategy.


• Accountable for the effective delivery of sales and marketing campaigns to the UK travel trade


• Manage trade promotional budget for agent portfolio ensuring delivery of set CPA is met or exceeded.


• Participate and attend travel functions, national training events and overseas travel conference / educational trade experiences


• Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to be creative and implement new ideas quickly and effectively with minimum supervision whilst working closely with the internal sales and marketing team.


• Be able to Switch on Fun with the travel agent community and engage all on the Carnival Cruise Lines brand proposition.
